Return & Refund Policy

Please read carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong choice, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before purchasing — your order is your decision.

Quality Issues
We stand behind every item. If your product has a genuine quality problem, you have two options:

Option 1 — Free Replacement (within 7 days)
If your item arrives with a quality issue, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, please provide:
- Clear photos or a video showing the problem.
- Your order number.
Our team will review the evidence to confirm the issue is a genuine defect and not caused by misuse or damage after use. Once confirmed, we'll ship a free replacement at no cost to you.

Option 2 — Refund (within 24 hours)
If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, you must request it within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- An unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened for the first time, with the defect visible immediately upon opening.
- Your order number.
The unboxing video is required for refunds — it confirms the item was faulty on arrival rather than damaged later. Refund requests without a valid unboxing video, or submitted after 24 hours, cannot be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Not Covered
Issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear after use are not eligible. Claims that don't meet the time limits or evidence requirements above cannot be processed.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item free of charge.
